Levelflo is in an invite-only pilot. These terms cover your use of the Levelflo app during the pilot.

What Levelflo does

Levelflo drafts your Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) from your system's filed reports, State records and the answers you give. It points out the places where a rule needs information from you.

Your responsibilities

• You review every draft before you deliver it. Your water system remains responsible for the report it delivers and certifies to the State.
• The answers and files you enter are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You keep your sign-in email secure and do not share your one-time codes.

What Levelflo is not

Levelflo is not a regulatory determination and does not certify compliance. It does not validate your laboratory data. If the State or a rule says something different from a draft, the State and the rule win.

Pilot access

We may change, pause or end the pilot. We will tell you before we remove access to your drafts, and you can download your reports at any time while you have access.
